Please note that with immediate effect we will no longer issue a copy of each child’s ’emergency details form’ once a term. Due to the time involved in chasing unreturned forms we have decided to only issue them once a year at the beginning of each new school year (or when your child starts with us if its later on in the year).
Parents please ensure you inform us if any of your contact details change e.g. phone numbers, address or changes to those authorised to collect your child from playgroup. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes. We must have current telephone numbers in case we need to contact you in an emergency. Thank you.
